She was born on January 10th, 1932 as Frances Jo Dixon in Crandall, Texas. She graduated from Forrest Avenue HS.
Frances worked as a professional secretary for Elite Services for many years. She was active in her church, enjoyed traveling and book club, and loved spending time with family and friends.
Frances is survived by Bob, her husband of 66 years, daughter Carol, son Robert, his wife Geneva, grandchildren Amanda, Jared, Zachary, Nicholas, Amy, and three great-grandchildren, Emily, Donovan, and Blake; and sister Bobbie. Frances is preceded in death by her father Joseph, mother Ruby, stepfather Jack and brother Jerry.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 28th from 5 to 8 pm at Grove Hill Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Grand View Baptist Church at 1401 I-30, Mesquite, Texas on Tuesday, December 29th from 1 to 2 pm.
