Gilbert Carrizales

Bert was born in San Antonio, TX to Anselmo and Beatrice on November 9, 1954.

Bert attended high school at South San Antonio and married Helen on November 10, 1984 in Dallas, TX. He worked as a Warehouse Operations Manager for Berger Engineering for 33 years. He enjoyed the fine art of photography, comedy, cooking with family, and gardening with his wife. He loved traveling and the outdoors as well as coin collecting, automobilia, and antiquing with his daughters.

Gilbert is preceded in death by his parents, his oldest brother Jesse, and his older sister Emily.

Gilbert is survived by his wife Helen, his daughters Kelly and Kirstie, his brother Anselmo II, his sisters Irma and Mary Alice, his godsons Frankie and Jacob, and the family dog Setsuna.

Please contact the family for visitation and rosary. Funeral services will be held at 11am Monday January 25, 2021 at Calvary Hill North Chapel. Burial will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
