Guadalupe served his country proudly as a private in the US Airforce. He married Guadalupe Centeno in 1947 and the couple had three children. He was a plaster Pattern Maker at LTV where he worked for more than forty five years.
In his spare time, Guadalupe enjoyed spending time with his family, watching sports, playing sports early in his life and loved working on his house and yard.
His family and friends will always remember him as a great husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather and mentor. He had a very strong work ethic.
he is preceded in death by his eldest daughter, Mary Hernandez. Guadalupe is survived by his Wife, Lupe C Hernandez; Daughter & Son-in-law, Irene & Tony Padilla; Son & Daughter-in-law, David & Kim Hernandez; Grandchildren, Lisa, Tony, Rachel, Paul and John Padilla, Carolyn Owen, Kristina Steinhauser, Adrienne Lam, Katarina and Annika Hernandez; Great-Grandchildren, Angel and Alexa Ruiz, Jackson, Hanson and Madison Padilla, Albert and Anthony Padilla, Emma and Will Padilla, Collin and Hayley Owen, Ashleigh and Evan Steinhauser, Jordan, Lainey, Kayden and Kaylee Lam; Great-Great-Granddaughter, Mercedes Ruiz.
Guadalupe Hernandez's greatest accomplishment was his family. Rest In Peace, Guadalupe Herrera Hernandez!
