Born in Mexico on October 28, 1917, Hermelinda Rangel Palacios passed away on May 13, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. She is survived by many family and friends who will miss her deeply. She was laid to rest at Calvary Hill Cemetery in Dallas, Texas, on May 15, 2017 following a Funeral Mass held in her honor at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in Dallas, Texas.
