Jeffrey Butler was born September 26, 1959, in Washington DC where he attended private schools until adulthood. He entered the Army as a Crew Chief in 1987 before transitioning to Motor Transport Operator Instructor following a motorcycle accident. He proudly served his country for 26 years in the U.S. Army. He served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm during the Iraq war.
He met and married Barbara while they were serving in the U.S. Army.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Earlene Butler. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Barbara, children: Charonne Butler and Tiffiny Martinez, brother and sister-in-law Martin and Lanya Holland, 4 grandchildren (Jaidyn, Alexis, Christian, Brianna) and many other relatives and friends.
