Jerry T. Dickerson passed away December 23, 2014. Jerry was born January 27, 1940 in Dallas, TX to Eugene and Thelma Dickerson. Jerry grew up in Dallas, TX. He loved the city, but was drawn to the country. He married Annette Verive July 29, 1967. After he found his bride and had his first child he made it to a little country town, Wills Point, TX. He had a love for horses and found a little place that provided just enough space for him to have a few horses. He was very proud of his little place. Jerry loved his family and friends very much. He will be missed by all who loved and cared about him. He was a private man, but you knew you were loved by him.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents Eugene and Thelma Dickerson. Jerry is survived by his three children, Karnea Dannheim of Plano, TX; Jay Dickerson and his wife, Tammy of Canton, TX; Leah Hoedebeck and her husband, Jason of Wills Point, TX; five grandchildren, Ashlyn Dickerson, Maegan Dannheim, Jeremy Dickerson, Cody Dannheim and Drake Hoedebeck; sister, Jeanne Evans and her husband, Bill of Kooskia, ID; and former spouse Annette Eitt.
A private service was held Friday, December 26, 2014.
