Jerry Johnson was born May 12, 1953 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of Helen Fowler and Henry Johnson. Jerry accepted Christ at an early age. He was a member of Gaines Chapel AME Church and a graduate of the 1971 Class of South Oak Cliff High School. He later became employed and loved driving trucks. Jerry worked various jobs before finding his true passion in truck driving. Jerry is preceded in death by his father, Henry Johnson and brother, Carl L. Kelly Jr. Jerry leaves to cherish his memories two loving sons; Torey J. Johnson and Jerrell B. Johnson both of Dallas, Texas. Seven grandchildren; Jasmine E. Johnson, Ebony A. Johnson, Jordan M. Johnson, NyJasmine J. Johnson, Jadah B. Adams, Kameron M. Karr and JaNiya D. Johnson, three brothers and a host of relatives and friends.
