

He was born in Marion, La. on January 1, 1941 to Andrew Dewey and Linnie Eva (Graves) Pardue. After high school, he enlisted in the Army and then in 1962 started his career at Southwestern Bell.
During the year of 1965 that is where he met, fell in love and married his beloved “Susie”. After Southwestern Bell, he became an entrepreneur of sorts, including evolving one of the first video real estate markets and eventually, real estate development became his passion in life.
Unfortunately, Parkinson’s Disease took his ability to move around and he became completely bedridden in 2016. Nonetheless, it didn’t stop him. Up until the day before he passed, he was still talking about his partners and business investments.
He is survived by his devoted wife of almost 55 years, Mary Sue “Susie” Pardue of Caldwell, Tx; Daughter Kellie and her husband, Randy Johnson of the Woodlands, Tx; Daughter Stacie and her husband, Mark Stefka of Caldwell, Tx; 8 grandchildren, Cameron, Jacquelyn and Jillian Johnson, Chase, Corbin and Laynie Stewart, Trent and Tanner Stefka; one brother Elton Pardue and his wife Susan of Farmerville, La. ; two sisters, Annette and her husband, Jerry Daniels of Marion, La. and Jean and her husband, Powell McAlpin of West Monroe, La. and a sisters-in-law, Evelyn Pardue, wife to deceased brother Boyce Pardue. He is also survived by so many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, son Andrew Wade, brother Boyce.
