Jesse Hodges was born September 1, 1932 in Galveston, TX and passed away April 15, 2015 in Dallas, TX. Jesse was a beloved husband, loving father, and grandfather, who always put family, faith, generosity, and compassion above all else. He leaves behind many caring friends and a family who loved him very much. He retired from the Santa Fe Railway Company after 37 years of service. He was an Air Force veteran and a long time member of Saint Pius X Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Hodges, son, Garry Hodges and wife Kathleen, daughter, Laure, and husband, Clyde Millican, and two grandsons, Matthew and Dustin Millican, one brother, Joe Hodges, and wife, Gerre, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be, 6-8pm, Sunday, April 19, 2015, with a Rosary at 7pm at Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 11am, Monday, April 20, 2015, St Pius X Catholic Church, 3030 Gus Thomasson Rd, Dallas, Father Michael Guadagnoli, Officiating. Interment to follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery in Dallas, TX.
