Joan shared fond memories with her husband and family traveling the world, flying with the family in their private plane, and sailing on their sail boat in the Florida Keys and Caribbean. They were members of the Bradenton Florida Yacht Club, where Joan was a Galley Maid and with her husband, was active in the Cruising Club. They also volunteered as “puppy partners” at Southeastern Guide Dogs in Palmetto, Florida.
