Joel Moreno Rodriguez Joel Rodriguez passed away in Dallas, Texas on January 8, 2016. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Spanish Oak Cliff Seventh Day Adventist Church. Services will be held the following day on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Spanish Oak Cliff Seventh Day Adventist Church with a burial to follow at Laurel Oaks Memorial Park. The family asks that any flowers sent on behalf of the deceased please be directed to the church.
