Judy enjoyed spending time with her family and decorating her home for each season. You could often find her tending to her garden, where she planted onions each March, in honor of her father. She dedicated over 40 years to a career in the sale of welding and safety supplies. After a long courtship, she married her husband, Bill Taylor, on September 1, 1997.
Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Odis L. and Nancy Johnson, and her sister Carolyn Johnson. She is survived, and lovingly remembered by her husband Bill Taylor, children Brandi Burton and Allison Taylor, daughter-in-law Angela Taylor, grandchild Mandana Burton, brother Larry Johnson, and sister-in-law Ginger Johnson, as well as her nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Grove Hill Memorial Park on Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 1pm to 4pm. A graveside service will be held at the same location on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 11am.
Judy will be dearly missed by all who had the good fortune to know her.
