Born in Dallas, Texas, on September 17, 1957, Julie grew up with a vibrant spirit and an innate talent for creativity. Her passion for art led her to establish her own custom painting business, a venture she lovingly ran for 30 years. Her work brought color and joy into the lives of many, a true testament to her artistic vision and dedication.
In 2013, Julie moved to Austin, Texas, where she embraced the city’s vibrant culture and forged meaningful connections with those around her. Julie was known for her radiant presence; she had an extraordinary ability to light up any room with her infectious laughter and sharp sense of humor. To those who knew her, she wasn’t just an amazing friend but a source of inspiration and comfort.
Julie’s love for her family was unwavering. She is survived by her sister Dianne Enas, brother Steve Rembert, daughter Brianna Moore, and granddaughter Emerson Moore (age 3). She could often be found spreading her infectious cheer at the Enas household with her nieces Nicole, Sarah, and Emily any given weekend.
Julie was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy (98), who passed away just a few
months prior to Julie, father Russell Rembert and sister Elizabeth Rembert. They are now together again, reunited in peace.
Julie’s legacy is one of kindness, resilience, and boundless love. She leaves behind a community of friends and family who will forever treasure the laughter, warmth, and beauty she brought into their lives.
A celebration of Julie’s life will be held at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home from 1:00-3:00 PM on Saturday, February 1, 2025, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and the incredible impact she made on the world.
