KATHARINE STEWART 93 of Mesquite passed away June 4, 2016. She was born November 26, 1922 in Cattle County, Texas. Married to Andrew Reeves Stewart for 56 years until his passing in 2001. Katharine was a teacher in the Mesquite School District until her retirement. She is survived by her six children and their spouses, Roy, Rex and Pam Stewart, Deborah and Louis Holman, Wayne and Wendy Stewart, John and Lucretia Stewart, Wes and Trayce Stewart, grandchildren and their spouses, and many members of the Stewart and Ryan families. Graveside services will be 2:30pm, Thursday, June 9, 2016 at DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211
