Kevin Abell, 57, of Dallas died surrounded by his loving family on March 6, 2016. Kevin held a giant love for all his family. Those who knew Kevin would describe his character as humble and kind, a friend to all and eager to help in any way. Kevin was always devoted to his family. He was proceeded in death by his father, Phil T. Abell and brother, Phillip M. Abell. Kevin is survived by his sweet mother, Mary Eileen Shine Abell; his siblings: Mary Pat Abell Round, Kay Abell Beecherl and Will Beecherl, and Brian Abell. Kevin loved his nieces and nephews with all his heart, Katlin, Sarah and Willy Beecherl, Mary and Barton Irby, Afton Abell, Nicole Round, Tucker Round and grandnephews Tru and Trae.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Sparkman/Hillcrest; followed by the Rosary Vigil at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Church of the Incarnation, 3966 McKinney Ave, Dallas 75204.
