Laura was born on November 2, 1963, to Ronald and Patricia Rossi in Chicago, Illinois. She attended John Foster Dulles High School in Sugar Land, Texas, before continuing to Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
Laura thoroughly enjoyed her time at Texas Tech as she made very special, lifelong friendships through her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega. She also continued to support her cherished alma mater on the Rawls College Advisory Council as well as being Texas Tech’s biggest cheerleader!

Laura truly loved life and lived it to the fullest. Travel was one of the things that she enjoyed immensely... especially to Italy. She was deeply devoted to her Daddy, "The Kid” the Chicago Cubs, and her Catholic faith. Also, Laura enjoyed spending time in the beautiful garden that she designed and baking special treats for her dear friends and family.
Laura's greatest gift, which she shared with everyone that knew her, especially her nephew, Chase, was her loving heart. She will be remembered for her determination, generosity and unwavering love for her family and friends.
Laura Rossi was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Rossi. She is survived by her father, Ronald Rossi; sister, Carol Orsak and her husband AJ, and nephew, Chase Orsak.
