Leo is survived by his parents Xavier & Maria Gracia; birth father, Leonardo Hernandez; brothers, Cesar and Ulises Hernandez; sister, Gilda Gracia, and grandparents, Francisco Hernandez and Aurora Alarcon.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Leonardo Hernandez and grandparents, Santos Gonzalez and Maria del rufigio Don Juan.
The family will receive friends at a visitation on Friday, June 19, 2015 in the Funeral Home Chapel at Calvary Hill Funeral home from 6:00 – 8:00 PM with a Rosary vigil conducted at 6:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at St. Augustine Catholic Church 1054 N. St. Augustine Dr., Dallas 75217.
