Margaret Lievsay was one of a trio of extraordinary women who were a formative part of my childhood while growing up at Urban Park Methodist Church in Dallas, Texas.  June Webb, my mother, Charlotte Weinstock, and Margaret Lievsay were amazing women.  They were faithful to the church and set a fine example to all who came into contact with them.

Margaret was beautiful.  She radiated glamour, grace, joy, confidence.  Her book reviews were wonderfully entertaining.  She brought a joy and elegance to everything that she did.  She was a generous person with a generous spirit.

All who knew her were greatly privileged.  She will be much missed, but the image and spirit of her will live on in her family and in all of those who came into contact with her....a wonderful legacy.

Your mom touched so many of our lives in a special way.  She never met a stranger and I know anytime we were in her presence, we were welcome. I loved it when she came to our office at Christmas and 'told' The Christmas Story. It still makes me smile. She leaves such a legacy of a beautiful and very loving family.  Know you are surrounded by friends who love and will miss her, and are sending prayers to Heaven.

We have all lost someone so special in losing Aunt Margaret. Thank for the beautiful photo album. Looking through it brings back great memories, and there are some I've never before seen or imagined. The photo album itself is a testimony to the interest Aunt Margaret took in people -- family and friends. I'm sorry her stay in her new place was so brief. All we heard was that it was lovely, she liked it, and, of course, Aunt Margaret had soon made a new world of friends! Thinking of all of you now, and will remember you all forever. Thank you for sharing your wonderful mother with all of us. There are so many people I miss now, it's almost impossible to think of all the memories of get-togethers. I hope all of you have many more 'together' days in the future.

Dearest cousins ~ Aunt Margaret was one of a kind; she meant so much to me, she enjoyed life and shared that enthusiasm of life with so many. She will always have a special place in my heart along with Uncle Marvin, loved them dearly. Prayers to all the family.

I'll always remember when my mother-in-law, Dorothy Gary, asked to see Margaret when she was seriously ill in the hospital.  I called, and Margaret was there in 15 minutes!  She was a true friend and an inspiration on how to live life to the fullest.

An amazing woman I admired and loved as a young girl.  She will always hold a special place.  My heartfelt condolences to her wonderful family.

It was such a privilege and an honor to have known Margaret. She was an inspiration to all she came in contact with. You need only call her home phone and get her voice mail messages to be uplifted. Margaret's Joie de Vivre was evident in all aspects of her life whether it be all in family gatherings or her never ending Lodge and Church activities....such a shining star will be missed!

Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.

So sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom.  What a classy lady, so full of life.  You all now have a wonderful angel in heaven looking down and protecting all of you.  God bless you all.

Though we only knew her the last few weeks of her life, we will never forget her. She was such a joy to our family, being the ones chosen to share a room with her at Christian Care. 
What a gift from God. 

 We are so very thankful and honored to have been allowed to cross life paths with her even for but a moment. She is dearly missed just in our small world at CC and we cannot imagine the grief you must feel and how much more so she is missed by her family & friends.  Please know you are being lifted up in prayer. 

Miss Margaret shined for Jesus from the moment we met her and she leaves the aroma of Christ behind. We are very grateful for her love for others as she took up careful watch over our Mom, her roommate, even during her last few days when she herself did not feel her best.

We have no doubt she has already heard those words from her Savior, "well done my good and faithful servant".

Though we barely knew her, we will never forget her.
