Margaret P Rogers

Margaret P. Rogers age 81 passed away on September 28, 2025 in Dallas, Texas. She was born on February 20, 1944 in Dallas, Texas to Saturnino and Angelina Perez. Margaret was raised in West Dallas, Texas and graduated from Crozier Tech High School.

She married Paul L. Rogers for 33 years until his death and had five children. She was a legal secretary for over 25 years for various law firms in Dallas. In Margaret’s spare time she enjoyed Tejano dancing, playing slots at the casinos, relaxing on the beach, and attending gatherings with her family. She loved the holiday season most of all. Her family and friends will always remember her as a free spirited, independent, loving woman.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul; her parents, Saturnino and Angelina; her sisters, Dora and Angie and her nephew, Marcus. She is survived by four sons, Paul Jr, Felix, Louis and Anthony; daughters-in-law, Amy, Lucivane, Audrey and Erica; her daughter, Cynthia and son-in-law, Thomas; her brother, Thomas Perez; her nephews, Frank, Raul, Jose, Cipriano, Sabastian, Jeremy; her grandchildren, Jenny, Alec, Ryane, Grace, Darren, Azariah, Monica, Averie, Aaralyn, Arielle, Victoria and great grandchildren, Annalyce, Theresa, Aaron, Matthew, Sammy, Juels, Angelo, and Kamora.

A visitation for Margaret will be held Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. A Mass of Christian Burial will occur Friday, October 10, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas 75220.
