

The fruitful and productive life of Margie Faye McDade Williams came to a close on September 28, 2016 at Charlton Methodist Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Margie was born on March 28, 1943 in Lorena, Texas to the parentage of Johnnie and Frances (Cox) McDade. Margie attended and graduated from Lincoln High School in Dallas, Texas. She pursued her vocational license in nursing and worked in the nursing field for many years. She accepted Christ at an early age and later united with the Golden Gate Baptist Church of Dallas, Texas under the leadership of the late Dr. C.B.T. Smith. In August 1986, Margie united in Holy Matrimony with Hilliard Williams and relocated to California for many years until his demise. She relocated back to Dallas, Texas to be closer to her family. Margie loved puzzle games, crossword puzzles, bowling, and playing the lottery. Margie was an active member of the Lovely Ladies Club (a social group of senior ladies). She is preceded in death by both parents: Johnnie and Frances McDade; her loving husband: Hilliard Williams, Sr; one (1) step-son: Alfonso Williams, Sr.; four (4) brothers: Eddie McDade, Johnnie McDade, Jr., Monroe McDade, and Curtis McDade: three (3) sisters: Maggie Jones, Bobbie McDade, and Edna Avery: one son-in-law: John Duncan. She is survived by her loving children: two (2) daughters: RueShelia Duncan, and Carla Logan (Timothy) both of Dallas, Texas; two (2) sons: Aundra Tyrone McDade (Nikita), and Anthony McDade both of Dallas, Texas; two (2) sisters: Ethel Dixon and Vennie Wilson; one brother, Claude McDade; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and four (4) stepchildren: Hilliard Williams, Jr., Margarita Jones, Yolanda Hill (Shannon), Sade Williams; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will greatly miss her.
