Maria Inez Arredondo, 69, received her angel wings and went to be with our Lord Savior on January 3, 2015. Her last days were spent surrounded by all of her family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband, Jesse B. Arredondo, 4 children, Jesse Arredondo Jr., Patricia Gonzales, Marisela Arredondo, Aristeo Javier Arredondo, 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and 2 sisters, Leonila Cervantes and Elda Adame. She was born December 1, 1945 in San Benito, TX. to Javier and Juana Olivares. She began working at a very young age as a migrant worker, and ended her career at the age of 45 from Marillac Social Center as a Certified Dietary Specialist to enjoy being a grandmother. Maria Inez would have celebrated 49 wonderful years with her husband on March 25th. Her many acts of love, care, kindness and giving represented her unwavering love for Jesus Christ. Her final wish is for everyone to celebrate her life and not mourn her death by wearing her favorite color blue to her services. She impacted so many lives and will be truly missed by all.
