of Dallas, Texas, passed away Friday, October 2, 2015
at the young age of 90.
Maria was born in Scurry, Texas on December 14, 1924. She loved to grow flowers in her garden, embroidery, watch her novellas, listen to country music and dance to everything. Maria spent half her life raising her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, her family was her world. She will be missed for all her blunt honesty, her off-the-wall humor and her laughter.
Maria was preceded in death by her parents, Todelo Ramirez and Elena Flores, her husband Antonio G. Vargas, her children Jose I, Rebecca, Frankie, Rogelio, Eloisa, Antonio Jr, and Jose II. She is survived by her children Melquaides, Consuelo, Felipe, Prudencio, Guadalupe, Victor, Rosalinda, Gloria, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
