Mary Kathryn Muncy Moore, 98, of The Forum at Park Lane in Dallas, Texas, peacefully departed from us on November 29, 2016. She was born in Pecan Gap, Texas on May 17, 1918. Mary Kathryn is survived by her nephew, Gary K. (Susan) Muncy of Fort Myers Beach, Florida and nieces, Marsha K. Cramer of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Renee (Bill) Cook of Angola, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Van Buren Muncy and Sara Muncy, her loving husband, Andrew L. Moore, and her son Waylon G. (Bucky) Dowell. Mary Kathryn was a long time member of University Park United Methodist Church. She enjoyed cooking, traveling and square dancing. Private services were held at Hillcrest Mausoleum. Memorials may be made in Mary Kathryn’s name to University Park United Methodist Church, 4024 Caruth Blvd, Dallas, Texas 75225.
