Mary Rose Wright

Mary was born on August 7, 1930 in Dallas, Texas, a daughter of Eugene and Josephine (Bomba) Curtsinger.

She married Rayburn Wright. He preceded her in death on May 8, 2015.

Mary is survived by her two sons: Richard (Kelley) Wright of Grand Prairie, Texas, and John Wright of Irving, Texas.

One sister: Theresa Ross of Canton, Ohio.

Five grandchildren: Vincent Wright of Irving, Texas, Joseph Wright of Arlington, Texas, Michael Wright of Irving, Texas, Mary Rose (Matt) Kent of Denton, Texas, and Charles Wright of Grand Prairie, Texas.

Mary was a lifelong resident of Dallas and grew up in Pleasant Grove.

She was valedictorian of her high school, St. Joseph's Academy in Dallas.

Mary had a passion for dancing and was a dance instructor, along with her husband Rayburn for many years.

A visitation for Mary will be held on Friday, December 22, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home, located at 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas 75220.

The funeral service for Mary will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 2:00 PM also at Calvary Hill Funeral Home.

Entombment will follow at Calvary Hill Mausoleum.
