Miriam Arline Wardell

Loving wife, devoted mother and caring friend. Arline was a member of Shiloh Terrace Baptist Church and served faithfully in the children’s ministry for 30 years. She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Marvin Wardell. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ballard & husband Robert. Sons, Joe Wardell & wife Tricia, Mark Wardell & wife Paula, John Wardell & wife Julie. Grandchildren, Randy Ballard & wife Lori, Jason Wardell & wife Jodi, Joshua Ballard & wife Katie, Jayme Mason & husband Chris, Brittany Denny & husband Shawn, Jake Wardell, Cole Wardell & wife Ellie and Luke Wardell. Great grandchildren, Avery, Ryder, Noah, Riley, Leightyn, Quinnley, Mae, Oscar, Hugo, Fletcher, Enoch, Judson and Jillian. Brother, Darrell Pierce & wife Sharon. A funeral service will be held Friday, July 31 at 10:30 AM at Friendship Baptist Church in Montalba, Texas. Interment will follow at the Rock Church Cemetery. The family will receive visitors prior to the service at 10:00 AM.
