Longtime Dallas attorney, Myron David Stutzman, died at his home June 29, 2011. He was married in 1972 to the former Jacki Groverman of Valparaiso, Indiana. He was a partner in the law firm of Stutzman, Bromberg, Esserman and Plifka until his retirement in 1996. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ada Mae and Milo J. Stutzman, and his sister, Ann Stutzman. Mr. Stutzman was born January 8, 1941, in Beloit, Wisconsin. His undergraduate degree in engineering was from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. He graduated summa cum laude from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1967. He was a JAG captain in the U.S. Army and served in Vietnam from 1968 to 1969. Mr. Stutzman was awarded the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal. He received a Masters Degree in tax law from George Washington University in 1971. Burial will be in Long Branch Cemetery in Parnell, Missouri.
