Nathaniel was born in Homer, Louisiana to the late Nathaniel and Abell Jackson. He received Christ at an early age at the Spring Hill CME church. He attended Webster High School. Nathaniel was united in holy matrimony on September 16th 1963 to Bessie M. Morris to this union two children were born. Nathaniel was employed with DISD for 32 years and loved his job. On May 29th 2003 he retired.
Nathaniel transitioned from his earthly home on Saturday August 12th 2017 at 7:53 pm. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
Nathaniel leaves to cherish his memories.. His loving wife, Bessie Jackson; 2 children, Pamela Rocquemore and Bertram Jackson; 5 grandchildren, Ashley Rocquemore; Porcha Jackson, Devonta Jackson, Zalandrea Jackson and Daphane Jackson.
