Norma Bonilla, 62, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022 in Lewisville, Texas. She was born January 4, 1960 in Monterrey, NL Mexico to Mario Olivares and Carmen Rojas de Olivares. Norma was raised in Monterrey where she received her college education in the mid 70's. She married Luis Gerardo Bonilla in 1983 and the couple had a daughter named Andrea. Norma worked in customer service at Walmart for more than twenty-eight years. In her spare time, Norma enjoyed going out and listening to live music along with dancing with her friends. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and going to the movies with her best friend, Laura. Her family and friends will remember her as a loving mother, a wonderful grandmother, and a caring friend with a heart of gold.
Norma is preceded in death by her parents, Mario and Carmen Olivares; and brother, Alberto Olivares. She is survived by her daughter, Andrea A. Escobedo; grandchildren, Aiden A. Escobedo and Galilea G. Escobedo; brothers, Oscar and Rafael Olivares; numerous nieces and nephews along with a host of friends.
