Ramon Rolando Rodriguez

Ramón Rolando Rodríguez, 78, Mesquite, Tx. Ramón died peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, February 26, 2013. He was greatly loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed. He was a very strong, and compassionate man that lost a very valiant battle to cancer. Ramón was an outstanding husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend.

He was born in La Cuesta, Dominican Republic on May 27, 1934 to José Joaquin Rodríguez and Ana Felicia Estevez. He was married to Gladys Rodríguez for 43 years. He will be met in heaven by his parents, grandparents and brothers Manuel Antonio Rodríguez and Roque de Jesus Rodríguez. He is survived by his wife Gladys Rodríguez and children Maria, Mariluz and Dionicio Rodríguez all of Santiago, Dominican Republic. His grandchildren Dionicio Jr., Roxana, Eileen and Carolina Hernandez. His brothers and sisters: Mario Rodríguez, Arturo Rodríguez, José Rodríguez, Ana Rodríguez, Minerva Hernández, Marina Deliz, Lexida Mock, and María Uceta. Also survived by countless nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6-8pm, Thursday, February 28, 2013 with a Rosary at 7pm at Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be 11am, Friday, March 1, 2013 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3030 Gus Thomasson Rd. Dallas 75228.
