Rick, Ricky to those that knew him in his adventurous childhood, grew up in Dallas, Texas.
Rick was fortunate to find his passion for real estate and all that it entailed early on in life.
RCS Investments, founded in 1967 by Rick developed, invested, and managed operations for projects that spanned the United States. However, the residential projects that he contributed around the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex such as the Claridge, Stonebridge Ranch, Valley Ranch, Lake Forest, Riverchase, Lantana & Light Farms will leave a mark in those communities for families and generations to come.
Rick’s love for a real estate deals came second to his love for his wife Diana whom he met at the Thanksgiving Day Dallas Cowboy game in 1971. Diana & Rick spent the next 53 years creating memories and making lifelong friends around world. Their travels took them to many beautiful destinations, but Rick was happiest when he and Diana were in the kitchen or around a table with friends, family and an incredible meal.
Rick is survived by his loving wife, Diana, daughter, Staci and son-in-law Craig McCord, daughter Tania Agran, grandsons Rick and Alex Agran, daughter Jenifer Strauss and partner King Hughes. His sister Susie Breen, sister-in-law Olga Strauss and many nieces and a nephew, cousins Nancy and Jeremy Halbreich and Janie and Cappy McGarr as well as his lifelong best friend Ron and Phyllis Steinhart.
We will forever be grateful to Daniel David, Andrew Munyama, Gian Rodriquez, Sara Briones and Fabi Sotelo for their loving care.
