Robert "Bob" Myers was born in Rural Oklahome on November 8, 1933. He was the son of Paul W. Myers and Berta M Woods-Myers. He went to join his heavenly father peacefully at his home in Garland, Tx on August 23,2018. Bob is survied by son, Robert Paul Myers and daughter, Tianne Myers, he has four grandchildren, Brent Mendenhall, Abigail Myers, Robert (Trey) Myers and Ashley Myers; also his nieces and nephews, Gail and Larry Troxel of Cleveland, Ok and Elizabeth and Kevin Adkins and their children Leslie and Christopher Adkins of Coppell, Tx. Bob and his parents moved from Rural Oklahoma to El Paso during World War II where is father worked for the defense department, interpreting foreign correspondence as his father Paul was fluent in 5 languages. He moved to Dallas where he graduated from Crozier Tech in 1951,where he was a member of the ROTC Marching Band. This experience kicked off a life long love for music . He went on to work and retire grom Rockwell Collins. My father believed that genious lies in Simplicity. By that measure he was the smartest man I have ever known.
