A wonderful man, Robert E Shelton, died on November 1, 2016. He grew up in the mountains of East Tennessee. He went to Bethel College in Tennessee, Memphis Theological Seminary, Princeton Theological Seminary, and earned a Doctorate of Ministry from Vanderbilt University. He served as a pastor for 46 years in the Cumberland Presbyterian and Presbyterian USA Churches. Those fortunate to have been loved by him include Ann, his wife of 54 years, his daughter, Ellen and her husband Mickey, and his son David and granddaughter Gracie. A Celebration of his life of service and love will be at First Presbyterian Church of Dallas at 1:30pm, Saturday, November 5, 2016
