Ronald Alvin McDowell

Ronald Alvin McDowell, age 77, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Ronald was born July 1, 1945 to Alvin & Dorothy McDowell. He was raised in Pleasant Grove, Texas and graduated from Samuell High School in 1963.

Ronald lost his beloved wife Carol McDowell in 2012. Ronald had 2 children from a previous marriage Ronald McDowell Jr and Tammy Pecina. He was a car salesman and worked at the city of Dallas. In his spare time, Ronald enjoyed traveling with his beloved wife Carol and riding his Harleys and his prized Shelby. His family and friends will always remember him as a kind and gentle man who loved his family deeply.

Ronald is preceded in death by his parents, Alvin & Dorothy McDowell; his brother Michael McDowell; his sister Pamela Risley; and beloved wife Carol McDowell. He is survived by his son Ronald McDowell Jr; his daughter Tammy Pecina & husband Tony Pecina; his grandchildren, James Bell, Jason Bell & wife Lindsey, Zachary Pecina, Ashley Pecina and husband Kris Pina, Angela Pasquale and husband Nick, Ryan McDowell and wife Kori; his great grandchildren, Landon, Penelope, Andrew, Dominique, & Franco; and numerous nieces and nephews.
