Rosa was born in Dallas, Texas to Domingo V. Hernandez and Porfiria Macias on June 2,1931.
She married Antonio Reyes in 1978 in Dallas, Texas.
Rosa is preceded in death by her husband Antonio Reyes and numerous brothers and sisters.
Rosa is survived by her daughter Herlinda Garcia Espinoza, son Eulogio Ben Gonzalez III and Son Alfredo Domingo Gonzalez.
