An accomplished musician, a scholar, she graduated from Hockaday Cum Laude and graduated from SMU Phi Beta Kappa. She devoted her life to her church, her family and her many friends. She served her community through her memberships in Kappa Kappa Gamma, her sorority, the Junior League of Dallas, the Dallas Woman’s Club, DAR and other organizations. Her hobbies included her antique business, becoming a life master bridge player, and her home in Estes Park, CO. She devoted herself to her children’s upbringing in music, sports and academia. Her loving husband William Craig Millis went to be with the Lord in 2019. She is survived by her two children, Jim Millis of Allen, TX and Catherine Millis Juvonen of Estes Park, CO.
