I can't believe it has been a year since you left.Even though you are not here physically I still feel you near me in Spirit and in my Heart,and when I am feeling down I can hear you telling me it will be ok.I Love You Mom and miss you so much.

It's been a year today and it still seems like yesterday.  Whee does the time go?  I love you and miss you so much.  Here is a little poem for you.  If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to Heaven and bring you home again.  I love you Mom.  See you soon!

I don't know if it is coincidence or God's way of letting me know you're safe, happy and healthy now; and that in some way you're still here but I have seen so many of the birds you used to tell me about when I was little. Grandma Birdie, that's what Kristin always called you. Yes, I think it is God's way of letting me know.

I miss you so much, but it helps to know you are with Darrell and Grandma and Grandpa. I know how much your heart ached to see your boy again. Please tell him I miss him too.

You're one of my 5 people now momma, one of the 5 I hope I meet in Heaven. I hope it will be like when I was little, when nothing made me happier than to be with you, holding your hand walking, or sitting on your lap while you sang to me. I miss those days mom. Memories like that are the ones I will always keep of you.

I'll never forget all the sacrifices you made for me, even though I was not always appreciative. I remember the Easter one year when times were hard and money was short, you stayed up late to make me a homemade chocolate bunny for my Easter basket; and no matter what, you always had brought a pack of gum for me everytime you went shopping because you knew I loved it so much. 

I didn't say it enough to you while you were here but I do love you momma and I always will.

Dear Momma, Donna & I cleaned out your aptyesterday and it was so hard saying goodbye.  I hope you don't mind, kept just a few of your things.  Gave some to people who needed and they appreciated it.  The hardest thing for me to leave behind was your walker.  I don't know why, it just was.  VG took all the pics, but one.  I let her know Donna had it.  Went to visit you Mother's Day.  The girls had already been there.  Left you and Grandpa some flowers, hope you liked them.  I really miss you so much.  I have your opal ring and will take good care of it for you.  Will talk again soon.  Love to you from me & Bobbie.

Dear Momma, it's been a week today since we buried you.  I didn't know I would miss you so much.  I had a thought to pick up the phone the other day and call you, but then remembered, I can't do that anymore.  I love and miss you so bad.  I talked to your baby boy today and he is OK, so don't worry abut him.  I'll look out for him.  You are up there with Darrell and Ken and I know they will look out for you.  I know you are in a better place then we are, but I miss you so much.  We will see you Sunday, Mother's Day.  I love you and Bobbie sends his love.
