Thomas Edward Welch, Jr. was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, March 26, 1925; his parents being Thomas Edward Welch, Sr. and Ellen Isabel Moran Welch. Thomas passed away in Dallas, Texas Tuesday, July 31, 2012. He was in the insurance business most of his working life. Future inurnment is pending for Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) National Cemetery, Dallas, Texas.
