Ballard, W. C., 91, Garland passed away July 13, 2013. Retired from Ford Motor Company, he was a 60 year Scottish Rite member and 32nd degree Mason. Born in Dallas January 25, 1922. Preceded in death by parents Wade C. Ballard and Lottie McLemore Ballard, sisters Elizabeth Graham Michaels and Lillie M. MacMurtrie. Also predeceased by wives Thelma L. Ballard and Bettie Lake Anderson Ballard. Survived by son Stephen and son in law and daughter Patrick and Suzanne Ballard Hernandez of Garland. Grandchildren Stephen Hernandez, Rowlett and Michael Hernandez, Garland and two great-grandchildren. Step children Richard Lake, Spokane Valley, WA and Patricia Stephens, Carmel, IN. Visitation scheduled Monday July 15th 6;00 PM-8:00.PM. Service Tuesday July 16th @ 10:00 AM, Grove Hill Chapel. Memorials to charity of choice.
