William "Whiskey" Itzkowitz, age 70, of Dallas, Texas, died Wednesday, January 20, 2016. He was born on October 5, 1945 to Robert and Gladys Itzkowitz in Yonkers, New York where he spent all his childhood days. Bill graduated from University of Houston. He spent his adult years doing what he loved! He moved to Dallas in 1974 and later became co-owner of the Northwest Point, where he spent all his years until he retired in 2007. Bill was a devoted father, brother, uncle, grandfather, cousin and friend. Whiskey and his Dallas family met daily at 2PM at Cliff's, formerly The Loon, for their social hour. He is survived by his daughter, Tina Itzkowitz, granddaughters, Lauryn and Avery, his sister and brother in law, Diane and Jerry Druker, his nieces and nephews, Courtenae and Tom Trautmann, Laureen Druker, Heather and Ken DeBellis, his great nieces and nephews and cousins. Memorial services will be held at 12 o'clock noon on Saturday, January 23, 2016 in the Northwest Highway Chapel of Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
