William M. Shepard Jr. passed away Saturday, November 8, 2014. He was born in Berkeley, California in1918. He had a long life of 96 years. His wife Billye Shepard, his son, John Shepard, daughters Janice Truitt, Leslie Schoolfield, grandchildren and great grand children, survives him.
William graduated with a Master’s from Stanford University, served in the Army as a Sargent in World War II, had an interesting career in the Foreign Service then retired to live in San Miguel de Allende, GTO, Mexico. Later Bill and Billye moved to Plano, Texas. Bill and Billye had great love for each other.
A Memorial Service will be at 2:00 pm On Thursday, November 13, 2014 at The Legacy at Willow Bend, 6101 Ohio Drive, Building B, Plano, TX. 75024 with Chaplin V. Harper Newman officiating.
