Barbara Ann Macaboy

Barbara Ann (Seneck) Gaylord DeWan Macaboy, 77, of Westbrook, CT formerly of Danbury passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015 with her children by her side. She was born to the late Stanley Seneck and Gertrude (Henion) Sabo on May 28, 1937 in Danbury.

Barbara is survived by her seven children: Laureen (Raymond) Zelek of Old Lyme, CT, Dana (William) Everett, Jr. of Chester, CT, Thomas Gaylord of Philadelphia, PA, Catherine (William) Eckert of Jefferson, GA, Georgette DeWan of West Redding, CT, Shelly Hughes of Danbury, CT, Tracy (Robert) Zemko of Poughquag, NY. Her sister: Paula (James) Wilson. 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, nephew, niece, and many cousins also survive.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, Jan 24, 2015 at 10am at St. Joseph Church, Danbury. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery, Danbury.

The family will receive friends Friday, Jan. 23, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury, CT.
