

Chris was born in Yonkers, NY, on December 10, 1963, to Mario and the late Joan DePalma. Chris attended Sacred Heart Elementary and High School in North Yonkers.
Chris is survived by his daughters: Brittany M. DePalma (Eric Duffy) and Nicole K. DePalma; his son, Christopher M. DePalma Jr. (Crystal); their mother, Linda M. DePalma; his cherished grandchildren: Liam, Logan, Addison, Brielle, Brynleigh; and his devoted canine companion, Sadie.
Chris was from a large family and is survived by his siblings Joan (Denis) Jones of Middletown, NY; Fredric (Susan) DePalma of Garrison, NY; David (Nancy) of Jacksonville, FL; Raymond (Donna) DePalma of Ridgefield, CT; Timothy (Lori) of Danbury, CT. Chris was predeceased by brother's Jeffrey and Gregory (Lauren) DePalma.
Chris spent his professional career as a Licensed Electrician, including the last 11 years as a Senior Stationary Electrical Engineer for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection.
Chris had a passion for life, travel, and the outdoors. He enjoyed driving his Jeep with the top off or his Mustang with the top down, his safari hat on with his trusted companion Sadie as copilot.
Friends will be received from 3:00pm - 6:00pm on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, CT.
A Prayer Service will be conducted in the funeral home at 5:45 on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Sunday, February 15, 2026 at 1:00 pm at 1 Winding Ridge Way, Danbury, CT 06810. Chris’s family request that you wear bright colors, in memory of him.
