David Lopes Carneiro, 56, of Danbury, passed away at Danbury Hospital, on Friday, May 11, 2012. David was born in Portugal, son of Abilio and Ana (Macanjo) Carneiro. He came to the US in 1977 and had worked for seven years at the Radial Bearing Corporation and the Norco Company for over 20 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Steve and Brian Carneiro, three brothers: Acacio M. Carneiro and wife Adilia, Modesto Carneiro and wife Maria, of Danbury and Oscar Carneiro and wife Manuela, of Spain, four sisters: Iida Nascimento and husband Euzebio, Eugenia Borges and husband Euclides, of Union, NJ, Modesta castro and husband Jose, of Portugal and Fernanda Pinheiro, of Sao Juliao, Portugal.
There will be no calling hours. Interment will be private. Green funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, is in charge of arrangements.
