Lisa was born in Danbury, CT to Reinaldo and Eliza Mota on June 11th, 1955. She was the first of four children. She lived her whole life in Danbury, graduating from Danbury High School, and then going on to work locally for many years at Davis and Geck, before transitioning careers to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant until she retired.
Lisa is preceded in death by her parents Reinaldo and Eliza Mota, and her brother Ronald Mota.
Lisa is survived by her son Mark Lopes, brother Daniel Mota and his partner Jennifer Philippi, sister Lynda Mota, nephew Jonathan Mota, and many cousins.
A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, December 18 at 10:30 AM at St. Peter's Church, Main Street, Danbury.
