Karen was born on October 16, 1967, in Danbury, beloved daughter of Marcia (McLachlan) Dolan and the late Bernard J. Dolan, Jr. She was raised in Danbury and graduated from Immaculate High School and Western Connecticut State University.
In addition to her mother, Karen is survived by her sister Deborah A. Dolan of Danbury and her sister and brother-in-law Pamela Dolan Spiewak and Craig Spiewak of Southbury, as well as her nieces Paige and Allison Spiewak. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles and many cousins, as well as her fiance Joe Zemek.
There will be no calling hours. Interment will be private. Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, is in charge of arrangements.
