Kenneth was born in Long Island, NY, son of the late Achilies and Mary Ellen Garofalo. He graduated from St. Peter School and Henry Abbott Technical School and was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. He was the owner and operator of his own construction company, known as KG Enterprises.
In addition to his wife Maria, he is survived by his brother Ralph Garofalo and wife Janice of MS, his sister-in-law Barbara Garofalo of NC, his brother-in-law Antonio Bento and wife Sao of Danbury and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Bernadette Ferris and brother William Garofalo.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Danbury, on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Peter Cemetery. Per Kenneth’s wishes, there will be no calling hours. Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, is in charge of arrangements.
