Mary Carmella Cosentino

Mary was born on January 5, 1930 in Mt. Kisco, NY, daughter of the late Joseph M. and Jennie (Coletti) Rizzo. She graduated from Bedford Hills High School, Bedford Hills, NY and had worked for NBW Bank in Katonah, NY, where she was Head Teller before becoming a full time homemaker. She lived 36 years in Katonah, NY before moving to New Fairfield, CT.

Mary is survived by her husband Mario, whom together recently celebrated their 65th Wedding Anniversary, her daughter Nancy C. Beale and husband Bob of New Fairfield, her son Raymond J. and wife Janet of Warren CT, her grandson Evan J. Beale, her great grandson Jayden, Mimi's "very special little boy", her brother Joseph M. Rizzo, Sr. and wife Jennie of Bedford, NY, nephew Joseph M. Rizzo, III and niece Janice R. DeLaney and many great & great great nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by her most cherished granddaughter Lindsey R. Beale.

Mary was a very caring, loving and giving individual who touched the hearts of all those who knew her. Her family meant the world to her-they were her life. Whether it be holidays or birthdays, she always recognized each and every one of us. Mary took great pride in her home and yard. She loved to be outside working in the yard and tending to her gardens.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Edward the Confessor Church, New Fairfield, on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Mt View Cemetery, New Fairfield. There will be no calling hours. Flowers may be sent to St. Edward the Confessor Church

Our hearts cannot begin to convey how very much we will miss our Mary, Mom and Mimi. Her absence from our lives is unimaginable.
