Patricia Keffer, 86, died peacefully surrounded by her family at her home in Danbury, CT on Monday, June 27, 2022, after a long struggle with dementia. There will be a Mass at Saint Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Danbury, CT at Noon on Saturday, August 20th, followed by a graveside service held at St. Peter's Cemetery in Danbury.
Patricia was born on June 13, 1936 in Hanover, PA to Catherine and Ernest Wise. She graduated from Washington County Hospital School of Nursing, and was a nurse at Hanover General Hospital. Patricia and Lawrence Keffer were married for 61 years, and raised three children. Patricia liked antiquing, traveling, spending time with her grandchildren, and collecting Teddy Bears.
She is survived by her children, Lori, Philip (wife Robyn), Patrick (wife Pauline), and six grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Alexandra, Samuel, Benjamin, Zoe. She is also survived by her sister Peggy (husband Steve Garrett) and their three children, Keith, Tracy, Kevin.
