Robert J. Kahn Sr.

Robert was born in Port Chester, NY, son of Lucille (Furano) Kahn of Port Chester, NY and the late Julius A. Kahn, Sr. on April 26, 1947. He was a graduate of Port Chester High School and Northeastern University. Bob, as he was known to friends and family, was an avid New York Yankees and UConn fan. He worked for Chrysler Financial and TD Bank for many years. Bob was a member of St. Joseph Church in Brookfield CT.

Bob is survived by his four children, Michelle Tighe and her husband Patrick of White Plains, NY, Andrea Kahn, Robert J. Kahn, Jr. and Gregory Kahn of Brookfield. Bob was blessed with two grandchildren, Patrick and Alexis Tighe; his four brothers, Gary Kahn of Port Chester, Steven Kahn of PA, Julius Kahn, Jr. of Southbury, James Kahn of Monroe, and his sister Wendy Kahn of Port Chester, NY, as well as his many aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, Brookfield, on Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, on Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
