
She was the wife of the late Harry F. Russell with whom she had been married for over 50 years.
Mrs. Russell was born in New Milford and attended school there. Upon graduation she worked locally as a secretary. After marriage, she devoted herself to raising a family. Well known for her quiet demeanor and kind personality, she will be deeply missed by family and friends alike.
Mrs. Russell is survived by her brother, William Salocks of Los Altos, CA. She will be remembered her children, John A. Russell of Boston, MA, Anne R. Heck and her husband George C. Heck of Clinton, CT, and Richard H. Russell and his Judy S. Russell of Friendswood, TX, as well as her grandchildren, Adrian Eugenia, Jonathon Heck and his wife Paola, and Melinda Russell.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Gregory the Great Church in Danbury on
Wednesday at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow at St Francis Cemetery, New Milford. Friends may call at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury on Tuesday from 5 to 7 PM.
